LanguageThe new production plant in Cuxhaven was put on stream in 2003. With seven different production lines, we are producing various powder and liquid formulations using the latest technologies. In doing so, we set a high value on mixing accuracy as well as on gentle treatments, to ensure the highest quality and stability requirements are met. New air strainer filter technology minimizes dust exposure - with significant benefits to our employees and the environment.
Product safety by means of transparency and traceability
- Product safety is based on a definite and continuous identification of all goods from the raw material to the finished product, by using a bar-code labeling system.
- By using the bar-code scanner technology, the electronic process control system is able to identify each unit of raw material, intermediate goods and finished product throughout the production plant.
- We systematically ensure, that only identified goods are used in the production process which are specified in the corresponding recipes.
- Every single step of the production process is detected and documented by the electronic process control system.
- For each batch produced, the type and quality of raw materials used is documented in the production protocol.
